Your quote request

When you send a quote request through this website, the details you enter (name, phone, email, suburb and message) are emailed to us so we can reply. The email is delivered by Resend, our form processor. We only use your details to answer your enquiry and do your clean, and we never sell or share them.

Cookies and analytics

We use Google Analytics to see which pages are useful. It only sets cookies if you press Accept on the cookie banner. If you reject, or haven't chosen yet, no analytics cookies are set and Google only receives anonymous, cookieless signals.

Your choice is saved in your browser, so we don't ask on every visit. You can change it at any time:

Taps on our phone and WhatsApp buttons

When you tap our phone number or WhatsApp button, the site counts the tap: which button, which page, the time, and whether you came from one of our Google adverts. It sets no cookie, stores nothing on your device and keeps nothing that identifies you (no IP address and no details of your device), whatever you chose about cookies. We use the count to see how many people get in touch.

What we ask for, and why

The quote form asks for a little more than a name and a number, because a cleaning quote depends entirely on the property. For a bond clean or an end-of-lease clean we need to know the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, whether the place is furnished or already empty, and whether extras such as the oven, windows, blinds or carpets are part of what your agent expects to see on the exit report. For a domestic clean we ask how often you want us and which rooms matter most to you. For commercial work we ask about the type of premises and when the site is free of staff or customers. None of that is used for anything other than pricing the work and planning the day.

Your suburb tells us whether the address sits inside the area we cover, which is Coolangatta, the Southern Gold Coast and the Tweed, and how to plan the run around it. If you are outside that area we will say so rather than keep hold of your enquiry.

If you share access details, such as a lockbox code, a gate code or your agent's contact, those are used for the job only and passed on only to the cleaner attending. We do not take payment through this website, so no card or bank information is collected here.

Quote emails and job notes sit in our email account while we may still need them, for example if an agent raises a question about a bond clean after the final inspection. Once there is no reason to hold them, they are deleted. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not pass your details to other trades, and we do not use them for advertising.

The only people who see your information are the owner and the cleaner rostered to your job. The only outside services involved are the form processor that delivers the email, the host that serves this site, and Google Analytics if you accepted cookies. If you would rather not use the form at all, phone or email us and we will take the details that way instead.
